We're scheduled on the United Dreamliner but for 175k United miles, SUN-LAX-LHR. Now there's a United SUN-DEN, Swiss DEN-ZUR, Swiss Zur-LHR Swiss for only 88k United miles on an A340-300. But it says operated by Edelweiss Air. Think it's worth the savings? I love how good I feel flying the Dreamliner, but it's a lot of points.

Also on the cheaper United/Swiss flight, SUN-DEN is in economy. Will I be on standby for first? Will they check my bag for free?
