you're right! My information was based on reading about this lounge in the Indian press Encalm has other lounges as well accessible with priority pass. The Prive is supposedly for "higher class" passengers and having quickly stopped at Air India First and Business lounge I can say it's much better than that lounge as well. Since it is not the airline lounge various airlines can still work out different access deals it seems.
