Looking to book this property and have a few questions about staying here as well as the Maldives in general. (Never been to the Maldives so keep that in mind.)
1. 35,000 pts gets me the basic room. Can an upgrade be had for a cost? (no status)
2. Adding Full Board and not sure about adding a drink package. We aren't big drinkers, but do like an occasional cocktail or glass of wine or soft drink. Knowing that, how easy would it be to drink $100 with of beverages. No idea of what the cost of a single drink would be.
3. When adding Full Board, and paying with a Chase Card, does that get coded as Travel?
4. If I'm landing in MLE, where do I go to get to my flight to Alila? Found the answer
5. According to the resort information, "Seaplanes are operational only during daytime (6.30am to 3.30pm)" If my flight gets in after 3:30pm, I'd have to book a night on MLE? (hotel suggestions?)
6. If my flight leaves after 3:30 (say 11:00 pm) we just have to hang around in MLE for several hours? Does MLE have a lounge?
