Any recent experiences to share about this hotel? We've got an 8 night stay coming up in about a week - just took a look and it appears that there is still a fair amount of availability for all 8 nights in upgraded rooms, trying to not get my hopes up on an upgrade though!

Also, I need to make a couple restaurant reservations that only accept them via phone, so I thought I'd reach out to concierge at the hotel about this. However, can't find an email for them online anywhere - does anyone have it handy? Or am I better off just reaching out to something like Amex concierge to handle this?
