For the view, Octave at Marriott Soi 57 is also quite good. Last time I was there though, it did seem understaffed for the amount of guests..
Bar Yard at Kimpton Maa-Lai is good too, not as high up but nice location.

Guess beer prices are typical for hotels around 220-250++ for local beer, but could be wrong.
