As someone who has experienced absolutely appalling staff misconduct at Heathrow, I applaud the OP for asking the forum what they can do to help - and I thank you for caring. The only thing I’d suggest you do differently if you encounter this again is see if the other passenger needs help at the time. I was luckily assisted by another passenger and the crew at the time but have only just had an apology from BA for what happened.
