This is a lounge for all business class passengers, not status and not priority pass. Visited it twice in December when travelling on United and on Cathay. The food bufft is truly impressive with lots of hot food offers, and they also even have a gym area. If you read about it, it's a fairly new lounge, and it seems to be the best lounge at the airport, but not for status passengers.
