I have a AMEX Platinum Business card. Is there a way to transfer the points to my partner's loyalty program?

I read that I can do so if my partner is an authorized user. But is an authorized user only meant for Personal card, since for a business card it's called an employee and not an partner?

If an employee card above works, does it have to be a AMEX Plat Biz card which has a high fee, or can it be a Blue Biz Plus card which has no annual fee?
