Everyone says HR Phuket is terrible so I've worried about Samui and have instead stayed at Andaz Pattaya 2 x in last yr which, while beautiful, has serious hardware issues
I believe the shutters you can see can close off the bedroom and living room. Worth nothing the Executive is much larger at 96sqm.
We checked in and out of the HR HKT within an hour. I considered the Andaz at Pattaya but the destination greatly concerns me.
Cape Fahn is stunning, but is no longer bookable via Hyatt as SLH have left. Curiously they are also part of Mr and Mrs Smith so will see if they come online.
As I said, I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I would consider the Pool Villa but the pricing is at lux level so can't justify it.
