Hey all... apologies if this is a dumb question, but first time trying (or exploring) using PPs on LH. Need to go LAX-DEL-BOM-LAX, 4/29 to 5/8. Had planned to book UA in O LAX-EWR-DEL and back, and book BOM-DEL separately on AI or UK. Went down the rabbit hole a little on the idea of booking the return on LH, BOM-LAX thru MUC or FRA. Trying to gauge which is the better bet. The return via LH is about $800 cheaper in O on both airlines, though from what I've gathered if I end up not clearing I'd be happier in O in UA than LH.
I can see that general C availability for the LH flights looks good, but can't see any way to gauge my chances -- any recommendations?
