Called twice today with the case number, asking to cancel the likely credit card purchases ("we can't do that"), with the fraud case #, and will do the same every day until I get my points back; building my case. If they still send out the gift cards to a fraudulent address (physical or email) I'll use all that data to argue they owe me back my points.
Keep on it! AwardHQ is so slow that this should be easily cancelled. If not, that falls on WN for not acting quickly enough.
