well if costs do not matter, Lebua sky bar....in walking distance to Saphan Taksin BTS station (one further then Surasak)
Three Sixty and Vertigo are nice as well...but pricey....otherwise according to where you stay
Don't you have to change levels at Siam to go to Keha from the Silom line to Sukhumvit? I have not done it for sometime now so trying to remember that.
