I woke this morning to 2 x £15 refunds from BA on my Amex. I haven’t phoned them in months.

I have, with my partner, 3 x CityFlyer flights booked this year and 1 x long haul to India in December. All avios bookings all in CW.

Any idea what these could be or how to identify the reason? It seems to be related to a booking as it would suggest 2 tickets being refunded for something.
