Any recommendations from this thread on the best way to ask for your upgrade? Just in chat the day before the stay or does anyone have an email for the GM/hotel? Just wanted to ask some questions since apparently we'll be there during Trooping the Colour (I guess that's why its so booked there? Who knows it's London). I'm Titanium fwiw.
