Generally speaking you'll have access to F lounge, like the post above said though there are some ticketing exceptions but it doesn't sound like yours is one of them. If you want a definitive answer though, private message the EY Company rep account with your PNR and they can clarify otherwise just make sure to bring your previous boarding pass if it's not on a single boarding pass to make life easier for yourself. Usually both sectors will show on a single boarding pass though.
The only outright policy exception to this at the moment is if you are coming from a flight with the residence suite and not one going out on the residence suite, then you will not have access to the residence part of the lounge in AUH.
