Non-diamond customer service, how long does it take generally?
Hi,
What's the usual delay for Customer service to answer e-mail? I tried to send them a message to ask a question about my last stay (the number of points awarded is off-the-mark, not by far, but as there is nothing on the invoice that help determine eligible charges for points, I was puzzled) and my other stay (which was paid by MC but didn't yield it's half-free night) according to the website...
I sent the message on Monday, is 4 days a normal delay to verify the amount paid in their database and how it was paid? I am speaking of the normal customer service, being a lowly member of the program, and not of the diamond line...
Besides, having 16 nights so far this year, I expect to receive soon (well, as soon as the nights post...) my PLT card. And I read on this board that it comes with coupons. Could anyone elaborate what I should expect?
