I went to Denpasar (BalI) airport to speak to the Emirates office there. They said we would 100% get a refund if we sent a refund request, given that Emirates had cancelled out flight. Failing that, we could wait a week to get out of Bali.

Currently on a Cathay Pacfic flight to London via HK.

Anyone know who/what/where I should contact to get a refund?
