I've stayed here multiple times over the last three years or so (maybe 10+) the property is in rough shape, furniture is old and busted up a bit, but the people at the property are friendly. Note that the property is actually a few blocks from Union Square and the neighborhood is rough too.
I just called the hotel and they said Platinums and above maybe will get a room category upgrade and a late checkout. No free breakfast?!
