Current and future published schedules show that the Elizabeth from T4 and HEX don’t align particularly well at T23 (11 minute wait) which means HEX gives an overall saving of a massive two minutes if your destination is exactly Paddington, perhaps offset by additional changes if final destination is deeper into London.
