Been there. Done that. Many may times.
The simple issue of getting reward points instead of cashback for a fuel transaction.... something as simple as that... I was told 4-5 times over phone and email despite quoting their website, that I wasn't eligible for reward points. I finally sent an email to PNO... and they called back and said I wasn't eligible. I had to escalate to his supervisor to get them to admit that yes I should get points... it wasn't many points... but man those guys annoyed me with their idiotic responses!
