AMEX personal Platinum: I called the retention number on a Friday at 7:30pm ET and got the call center overseas. They offered 25k for $3k of spend which is much lower than previous years. I didnt accept and said I would think about it. Is it worth calling again to see if I get a different offer. Does calling via different methods or times result in different offers or is it all computer generated and what you get is what you get?
