Using Sky Miles to upgrade Delta marketed flight purchased from KLM
I should know the answer to this, but I do not. If I purchase R/T flight JFK-BUD from KLM, with Delta as the over the water carrier and KLM as the intra-continent carrier, can I use Delta miles to upgrade the over the water portions, even though the ticket was purchased from KLM?
