Candlenut (1): I really enjoyed this meal. The Peranakan ah-ma-kase was definitely not something that you normally find, and I really appreciated how normal the restaurant felt. Will be back in the future, hopefully with more people.
Spoiler

We dined at Candlenut in November. It was our second favorite meal in Asia after Baan Tepa in Bangkok - one Michelin restaurant at the time, they received the second less than a month after we were there. One day, I'll get around to posting on those two meals and more.
