Are there different levels of service for the meet and greet services? We used extime for one round-trip. Arrival seemed pretty standard, agent met us outside the plane door with a sign (same uniform as a RItz pickup), took us through a special short line for passport control (there seemed to be an ever shorter line for AF la Premiere) and then brought us to our transportation.

For departure, the agent (different uniform from the arrival agent) brought us through a special line for passport control, took us through security going directly to the front of the line (someone started to complain but stopped when agent showed ID), then brought us close to the lounge. I've seen some descriptions where the agent brings people into their lounge, then gets them, brings them to the plane (front of the line) and then brings them to their seats. Not that it was any bother to enter the lounge and board our flight.

Does this depend on the company, the agent, something else?
