We weren't using years in the first couple of posts in this discussion so I was completely misunderstanding you the first time you mentioned the 7/1 and 7/3 dates - I see now that you meant booking immediately for 2 days later but there wouldn't be any availability which would be solved by being able to hold with points and swapping out for the FNA on 7/1. However, when I originally read that post, I don't know why, but my understanding was that the certificate is issued for example, 7/1/24 with an exp of 7/1/25 and you wanted to book for 7/3/25 which is 2 days outside the exp. That's why I kept saying that the need/want to use a certificate post exp will always exist no matter if it's 13 months, 15, 18 or whatever and brought up the August example which is irrelevant.
