I also had one of these emails this morning - am happy to change the flight as it is within 90 minutes of the original.

But when I click on the link (it shows my current flight and the options to change it to) and enter my booking reference and surname and click the prompt to change my flights it sends me to a page with a large X saying 'the URL you have provided is not correct. Please verify the URL is spelt incorrectly'. Have tried this on my phone and laptop and in different browers - so it is not that!

I clicked on the link within 30 minutes of the email arriving - and I apparently have 24 hours to take up the offer. I simply used the link Iberia provided me with in their email!

Anyone else also encountered this error - as has happened to me and Johnny Colombia above?

Presumably their buggy website - but why waste people's time!
