While the pressure is similar, there are differences in humidity with the 787 and A350 being able to cope with higher humidity due to the increased use of composites. The other difference is that the 787, having a much higher use of electrical systems uses an air system driven by electrical compressors, where as the A380/A350 use a more traditional system based on engine bleed air. When you balance it all up with the real-world situation of maintenance of any one airframe, probably all that can be said is to pick an A380/A350/787 over other older types and you might notice the difference.
