Hey guys,

new here, hope I came to the right place with this question.
I have a trip to India coming up, and have a 9h layover in DXB. I want to leave airport (so go through immigration) during this time.
I reach early am, and my onwards flight is not until 3pm. I know it is possible to go through immigration and spend time in city rather than airport (have done this before)
BUT this time my plan would be to go to lounge first with onward boarding pass (basically proceed to connecting flights/departure lounge) and have some breakfast first, then go through immigration after...
My question is if I can then get back to "Arrivals" after having been in the lounge. Possible?

Have gold status with Emirates, so it is not about whether I can get into lounge, just about whether i can reach arrivals area AFTER visiting lounge.
