Yes, I did mean 8th February.

So I will nominate them in Nov 24 when I reach ggl. Which they will have for their current year and the next one, until end March 26, based on their old year dates as you say.

When I hit 3000pts around Nov 25,, I nominate 1st May 2026, that will last until 30th April 28. I think!

Yes, and I think you know this but just to point out if you reach 3000TPs in Nov 25 (having previously continued GGL status by making 3000TPs between 1st April 24 - 31st March 25* this is a key point) you won't actually get new partner cards until 1st April 26.
