I'm having trouble understanding this latest tweet. Are they saying no check-in at outstations until 2359 on 19 April if your itinerary is to transit through Dubai? For example you can check in at MXP for MXP-JFK or MXP-DXB, but not for MXP-DXB-BKK.

No transit accepted which they should've done this since couple days ago. Rebooking can been done at outstation which people have reported getting on EY, KL, LH group, QF and TG.
