I'm very frustrated. Tried to link new Virgin Red account with Virgin Atlantic and it doesn't go through. Every detail re name, DOB, etc is the same. The only thing I see differently is that on Virgin Atlantic, there is a title ("Dr.") but on Virgin Red I don't recall there being that option. And in neither account can I edit that. Would the title cause it to fail? I really need to transfer some points over to Virgin Red to book an award ticket on Virgin Atlantic in the next day or two. Not sure what to do? Could I change the email on my current Virgin Atl account and create a new one with the email that is on my Red account? Or vice versa?
