Mirroring rice4u's experience, I was able to purchase GC online at Hai Hai in Minneapolis (delivered by postal mail) and got the credit. Still no dice on local Toast POS though. I will probably wait out the "6 to 8 weeks" and complain to Amex because if I can get a pizza place to credit I will be so much happier...
