I now need 200 SP for Elite, with 24 metal. I'm currently on 9/10 FF Status Boost flights.

1) I'm flying next week - will my 15 bonus SP for 10/10 FF Status Boost flights count towards my 24 metal requirement?

2) Is there any feasible quick and dirty way to get 180 SP on the ground?
