Your best bet is always to look at the available fare buckets. As a 1K, I suspect the fare class that is most relevant to you is going to be PZ, since that is the fare class that is used for 1K plus points and everyone for mileage upgrades. If PZ (or whatever upgrade bucket is relevant to you) says 0, then you're going to be waitlisted.

Whether you'll get off the wait list is not something anyone could ever answer with certainty. It becomes a probabilities game related to demand on the route, competition with other elites, etc. Maybe someone else here can make a somewhat informed speculation about that. I don't know the route well enough to say what the prior trends have been.
