So far this year I had 6 points stays and have yet to get the rebate without filing for missing points. The first time I waited a month and was told it takes up to six weeks. The next time I waited until two stays were past six weeks and they told me the same thing. Obviously it’s a scripted answer no matter the circumstances. This week I had two more go past six weeks and I again filed a missing points report and have yet to hear anything back. I wonder why this is such a problem now? In years past it seemed to automatically post after 2-4 weeks. I wonder if it’s a Chase issue or an IHG issue? Keep an eye on your account activity.
