But the food wasn't very good. Restaurants in USA are declining rapidly and airport was never very good. Barely edible.
Overall PP is declining with many airports not having any access. I don't see it lasting in its current form much longer. Especially with people hitting multiple restaurants at a time : )
I did a 4 restaurant and 1 lounge crawl yesterday at MEL. Very similar experience. The food quality was not great at all.
Yeah on recent trips to US I've not been happy with food in restaurants. Plus eating out in the US is now insanely expensive. Much more than Europe or Australia in my recent experience.
I am now sat at the QR lounge in DOH, and the food quality here is heaps and bounds ahead of the PP restaurants. Only good meal I had at a PP restaurant was a fast food Greek place at BNE.
