LHR T4 to Heathrow Express
Hi U.K.!

Not so used to public transport and Heathrow as an American. I arrive into LHR at 10:30 on Air France (terminal 4) and have a ticket on Heathrow Express that day on May 7. How do I get from T4 to the Heathrow Express station for no cost? I saw some say I need to take a train, but the map on AA says this:
