T&C's updated to say not participating
John @ LoyaltyLobby does a great job at tracking even the smallest changes to the Bonvoy T&C's; the other day they updated to say Renaissance Residences are not participating:

He agrees it's weird and conflicting that the property continues to sell a "member" rate with bonus points nevertheless.
