I see that Indian nationals who hold a USA or UK residents permit/Visa can get a visa on arrival in DXB.

Slight twist to this and I was wondering if anyone knows the answer. The person will be landing in DXB collecting bags and checking in for a long haul to South Africa. Same on the way back will clear immigration and check in for next flight.

Would they face any issues with this? Specifically entering DXB within 7 days and getting a visa upon arrival? Just wanted to check if there was any rule of maximum visits etc?
