I have used the search feature but the information is dated.

I have 1 free night cert redeemable up to 35k that comes with the Bonvoy amex (canada) card. It will be expiring in June. Are their any recent data points on success of calling in for an extension?

I have a date of use for November and I must use additional points past the 35k limitation of the cert which may or nay not help my case.
I tried using it for November online but it doesn't allow me to use it past the June expiry date.
