With Carmel/Dial7 and similar services, make sure you get an all-in quote that includes the actual tolls. I think Dial7 has gotten better about that in recent years, but they used to play a lot of games where they'd just say "+ tolls" in their quote and then the driver would demand the maximum roundtrip cash toll even though you're only going one way and the driver is getting EZ Pass discounts.
