They show the seat map that is currently scheduled to fly. If the aircraft changes, and the seat map with it, then it'll change on the website too.

BTW, just because you have an A350-900 showing doesn't mean the seatmap may not change. The older A350s gave a different layout and a swap can happen too. But if it does the seat map will change. This happened to some of my bookings this year already (new to old and old to new, both).
