Back from the kinkakuji temple uae subway and bus (fairly busy but beautiful in the hazy sun)
tonights hot lounge offerings are
Canadian salmon brochette
Shrimp and scallops canapes
Chicken tikka masala sauce ( no rice)

prosecco is not bad

will try the restaurant next
Restaurant was empty when I went in
menu is a bit on the light side ie burger, fish and chips , salmon
burger was about Y1800
no diet coke only regular

Went for the salmon which was tasty.service was quick.
chose the bonsai tiramasu as shown on the hotel's instagram page. Y1800 but was very good.
got the diamond 25% discount on f&b . Also got it at the lounge bar for a small cakes slice to take up to the room
