So finally, after Amex seeming to think it was ok to just communicate with cardholders about the changes via the press, they finally sent me an e-mail explaining them Interestingly, from reading the e-mail there is no mention about membership year dates changing (if anything it reads to show no change to the current membership year approach). So at least that hopefully clarifies that the Sky report was not correct on that.
