I'm about to send in the online services request form for my wife so she can book awards for the both of us. She has the Citi TYP account so can only transfer points into her Eva Air FF account. Reading the above makes me think she should transfer 1K points before sending in the form so we don't end up with the "It is not applicable to apply for the online service function if the member has only earned Award miles from joining online or filling in completed data in the account" issue. Thoughts?
