Well, you get a range from the Okura to Sotetsu hotels for room sizes.
I stayed at a Sotetsu hotel two weeks ago because it was within a 10 min walk to the venue I was attending, and it was within perdiem. Clean, great A/C, very comfortable mattress, but after 4 nights I was glad to leave.

The room was so small it wasn’t big enough for a normal desk chair. At my age, sitting on a stool to work gets old quickly.
