Cannot revert Suite Upg Award if there is no standard room availability
I booked four nights on points and applied a SUA. Now, I want to reduce the stay to 3 nights and remove the SUA. There are no more rooms available on points for those 3 nights. Therefore, the Hyatt reservation agent cannot change my reservation.
Is this correct? When a SUA is applied, the original non-suite room is returned to inventory?
