I recently booked a trip from the US to Italy, via Munich, in business class. While I used LH’s website, I didn’t log in when booking as I used my UA frequent flyer number to earn points and didn’t see the need to sign-in. I’m now curious if I will receive an email to select the meals on the transatlantic flights since I didn’t sign in to their website. Not sure if that makes any difference or not.
