From GE perspective, you are approved and ready to use it during air travel.

It was right here above the replace card. Received card yesterday and activated.
Looked like the card has an old photo from one of my arrivals.
Thanks everyone. The letter I received with the card said I needed to activate it, but looks as though it's set already, and I am not going to worry about!
