I guess it depends on what is the best for you, and does price weigh in? The Prince Gallery Kioicho as mentioned is a solid option, but even if there is a lounge it is not available for status. The MESM could fit your description very well, but on cash rates I often find it too expensive for what it is, if you have Ambassador status the lounge is great. The Tokyo Ritz, while great service, is in dire need of a refresh of the rooms. I do like the two Editions, but the cash rates, especially for Ginza, are also quite out of this world.
